All gift items come packaged in our stylish sustainable packaging. Your items will be wrapped in black tissue paper, sealed with a Kamso sticker and packaged in a black Kamso gift box tied with a ribbon. 

A printed gift message can be written to the recipient for an added personal touch. At Checkout stage please "add a note to your order" with stating the personalised gift message.

Our Kamso gift boxes can be repurposed for storage. A gift that just keeps giving!


Note: The plastic mail bags used in our packaging are made from recycled material and are recyclable. Please continue to look after our environment by recycling all plastic mail bags once opened. 
Exchanges and Returns

If you are unhappy for any reason and wish to return or exchange your Kamso purchase please first contact us via email at :


Kamso can only issue an exchange of items dependant on availability of stock. Please email us with your:

- Order Number

- Item purchased that you would like to exchange.

- Reason for exchange.

- Item and size of the product desired.

We will endeavour to fulfil this request. If the item desired is not available we will issue you a credit note/ full refund once our item has been returned to us.


Kamso will issue a full refund of goods after purchase within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. The item/s returned MUST remain unworn, unwashed in the condition that they were received with original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.

We will issue a refund of the order RRP, once we receive your returned items with Kamso returns paperwork. Postage costs are not refunded. 

Kamso is not responsible for any missing return packages.  All items are returned at your own risk and expense so we recommend the use of tracked or recorded postal services.  

Flawed or Damaged Items

We pride ourselves on great quality and inspect all goods before they are sent out to customers. In the unlikely event that a damaged or flawed item is received please contact us directly. We will advise you on the next steps. This may be to return the item where we issue a replacement if available or full refund which includes any postage costs incurred.  

Please note that our clothing is handcrafted, each item is unique and there may be small imperfections.



Delivery and Shipping

All items will be shipped in 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. All orders are sent via tracked and signed for delivery.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Standard delivery ( 2-5 working days) = £4.00

DHL Special Delivery guaranteed next day delivery = £8.00

European Union

International Standard Delivery (5-7 working days) = £12.00

USA and Canada

International Standard Delivery (5 -10 working days) = £15.00

Rest of the World

International Standard delivery (7 -15 working days) = £20.00

We do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom to other countries. 


Kamso Parcel Pickup

We will email you to arrange a time slot after purchase. Please ensure you check your email (junk mail included) to make this process as quick and easy as possible. Please arrive within this 15 minute time slot allocated to you and bring your confirmation of order email with you to the location.

If running late or need to cancel please inform us at least an hour before the agreed timeslot.

Undelivered Parcels

In the event that the parcel is returned back to Kamso for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, a refund (excluding postage costs) or redelivery can be arranged. If a redelivery is requested new shipping costs will apply.
